Medium sized boutique printing business in a very competitive market with a new leadership team.

The Problem

The Company Directors were concerned about the best process to grow their business, how to best mange their staff and to be effective leaders of their business.  They were all new to leading and managing a business and even though they had good industry experience, their key focus was to create a viable and successful business which gave them a good return for their efforts and investment. They wanted an external consultant with an objective viewpoint to support them with this journey.

The Result

Over the last 3 years we have facilitated management meetings, strategic planning workshops, implemented Human Synergistics LSI behavioral profiling for the directors and staff in senior management. This has been supported by one on one executive coaching.

This has resulted in a 90% increase in gross profit (38%) in the last financial year, a 15% increase in staffing levels and very low staff turnover, a broader range of clients instead of clients in a single aspect of the market, a more innovative and efficient company with better internal communication and increased staff morale.
